Type: SPY Time: 48 hr Juice: Florida's Natural Orange Juice (Most Pulp) Spike your Juice - normal refrigerated extra pulpy orange juice Yes I know, instructions said no non refrigerated juices, but think about it, back in the day when they used to make this, I doubt they had a choice between refrigerated juice and non refrigerated juice, so I used what I had. 48 hour brew time I strained the pulp out, just wasn't in the mood for chunky stuff in my first go round. It was tasty, I drank it at room temp, was pretty good, made me think of a bubbly screwdriver. Cost: $3.00 orange juice + 1 SYJ packet. I would do this again, probably with variations, ie non pulpy oj, longer brew time.
